Order Processing Time
At Palate by Anya, every order is freshly packed after it is placed to ensure maximum freshness and quality.
- Orders are prepared within 2–3 working days.
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.
- After 2 hours, the order is considered confirmed and will be processed for dispatch.
- Once packed, orders are dispatched within the next 1–2 working days.
- We ship through trusted courier partners such as Bluedart, Delhivery, E-kart, Shiprocket and other reliable logistics providers.
Shipping Timeline
- Orders are generally delivered within 5–7 working days after dispatch.
- Delivery timings are between Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
- Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, or courier delays beyond our control.
Delivery Attempts & Returns
If our courier partner is unable to deliver your package because you are unavailable, they will attempt delivery up to three (3) times.
- After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed after deducting the applicable two-way shipping charges.

- Complete postal address with PIN code.
- Valid mobile number.
- Valid email address.
- Please verify your shipping details before completing your purchase, as incorrect information may result in delays or failed deliveries.
Track Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking details via WhatsApp or Email.
You can use the tracking link to monitor your shipment status in real-time until delivery.
